Gender Analysis of State Institutional Response to Humanitarian Crisis caused by the Invasion of the Russian Federation to Ukraine: Best Practises and Recomendations
UN Women Ukraine conducted a gender analysis of the legal acts and decisions of state authorities and local self-governments approved in response to the humanitarian crisis caused by the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. This publication provides best practises and recomendations to the state authorities on gender and human rights mainstreaming into the humanitarian crisis response in Ukraine taking into account the best international practices and approaches developed by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) on gender equality and the empowerment of omen and girls in humanitarian action.
