The She Media School for Women's Leadership has announced a new call for applications for the 2025 program. The application form can be filled in until March 25. The educational program is aimed at improving management and communication skills, which will be taught in theoretical and practical sessions over three months in offline and online formats.

More than 60 female activists in leadership roles within civil society organizations from across the country have successfully completed the second stream of the She Media School for Leadership and Communications. To celebrate this achievement, a graduation ceremony was held in Kyiv, uniting participants from the second and previous streams, as well as lecturers, trainers, partner organizations, opinion leaders, and individuals who invest in projects aimed at strengthening civil society in Ukraine.

On March 6, the Ukrainian Institute and UN Women Ukraine will name the laureates of the Women in Arts. The Resistance Award for the fifth time. The award recognizes the achievements of women in the field of culture and art and their contribution to the approach of victory, and honours the memory of female artists who have lost their lives due to russian aggression.

Although security sector officers face trauma in the line of duty, these experiences play no significant role in their attitudes and behaviours related to gender equality. So, gender stereotypes derive not from the nature of work in the security sector but from general social attitudes, childhood experiences, and other factors. This is one of the key findings of a national study entitled Understanding of Masculinity and Gender Equality in the Security Sector of Ukraine, commissioned by UN Women Ukraine and the non-governmental organization Promundo-US at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ukraine.
