Every day, you have a choice: stay in the same place or move forward. You can choose to listen to your doubts or take the first step. You can either fear failure or take risks for the sake of opportunity.

This manifesto is not just words. It is an invitation to believe in yourself, your dreams, and your strength.

We aim to help Ukrainian women navigate careers, freelancing opportunities, and business ventures. We will do this through a podcast and an online training course designed to support women at various stages of their professional development.

The "Give Yourself a Chance" campaign is part of the "Women For The Future" initiative, implemented by Happy Monday (NGO “Professionals of the Future”) within the framework of the UN Women Ukraine project “Transformative Approaches to Achieving Gender Equality in Ukraine”, funded by the Embassy of Sweden, and in cooperation with the Office of Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.
