Call for Proposals: Ukrainian Women at the Frontlines of Demining and Recovery

Through this Call for Proposals, UN Women Ukraine seeks to identify civil society organizations to act as Responsible Parties under two pillars designed to contribute directly to the outcomes of the programme “Ukrainian Women at the Frontlines of Demining and Recovery” and to support the achievement of UN Women Ukraine’s Strategic Note Output 1.3 on strengthening women’s meaningful participation in the Women, Peace and Security  Agenda. 

This Call for Proposals is announced within the framework of “Ukrainian Women at the Frontlines of Demining and Recovery” programme and is addressed to civil society organizations (CSOs) legally registered in Ukraine with demonstrated experience in gender equality and women’s empowerment. Applicants are invited to submit proposals under two interlinked pillars, further detailed in Section 2, and may apply to implement activities under only one of the two pillars. 

  • Pillar 1: Women’s Empowerment, Leadership and Mental Resilience Support

  • Pillar 2: Training and Employment Opportunities in Humanitarian Mine Action

Proposals must be received by UN Women at the address specified not later than 18:00 on 21 July 2025.

The budget range for the proposals submitted under this Call for Proposal should fall between minimum indicative amount of $ 500,000 and maximum of $950,000.
