Women For The Future: Final Career Day 2022–2025

On 15 November, the Women For The Future Career Day took place in Kyiv, an event dedicated to career development and employment opportunities for Ukrainian women in modern industries.

The Career Day marked the culmination of four years of work under the Women For The Future initiative (2022–2025), which has already supported tens of thousands of Ukrainian women in learning, retraining, and finding employment.

The event brought together more than 450 participants, 17 experts, and 13 employers to talk about growth, bold career transitions, experience sharing, and creating new opportunities.

It was a day filled with warmth, support, and strength; a day that highlighted the value of community and showed how small steps can lead to big changes.

The Women For The Future initiative is implemented by Happy Monday (NGO “Professionals of the Future”) within the UN Women project titled "Transformational Approaches to Achieving Gender Equality in Ukraine." This project is funded by the Government of Sweden and is in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. Financial support for the initiative is also provided by the Government of France.
